Return Policy

Quality control is of utmost importance to us. We do everything in our power to ensure that your order is filled correctly. Mistakes do happen from time to time, as does with all printers. It is how we handle our mistakes that will earn your trust.

We will accept a return and reprint or refund payment if:

• The items are materially flawed, (If we provided the material) ie hole, tear, etc.
• The quality of printing is below a reasonable range of expectations.
• The design of the product is materially different from the final design submitted and approved by the customer prior to printing.
